Course Overview
Students enrolled for Basic Life Support (BLS) course learn their responsibility to detect emergencies along with performing quality chest compression while regulating breaths and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). A variety of healthcare personnel along with emergency responders need to fulfil this requirement. The Basic Life Support (BLS) program follows practice guidelines established by the American Heart Association together with other equivalent organizations like the Red Cross and European Resuscitation Council.
